PROJECT

Sited at a prominent downtown location overlooking Myriad Botanical Gardens, this 2.25 acre outdoor space is a simple composition of lawn, fountains and pools acts as a foreground for the building podium and tower. A waterfall and reflecting pools enhance the entry experience and buffers the park and outdoor terrace from the activity of the plaza and street. A series of stone blocks and boulders with pockets of planting were integrated along Sheridan Avenue to create a welcoming street edge with informal seating opportunities for the public.
